Luxaflex Monaco & Semi Cassette Folding Awnings

The Luxaflex Monaco Cassette Folding Arm awning is an aluminium extruded cassette box that is made out of high quality alloy; the front profile seals the cassette perfectly tight and thus protecting the fabric from stains and bad weather.

Side caps made of aluminium die cast hold the roller tube and brackets for fixing the folding arms. Added turning plates for continuous adjustment of the rake from horizontal to a 45 degree slope for water run off.
The front rail has an aesthetic geometry that serves as a protection cover fitting perfectly into the box profile. The front rail is made of multi-cavity extruded aluminium with grooves for the fabric and the fixing of the folding arms including side caps. The retracted front rail closes the box perfectly.

The folding arms are made of extruded aluminium profiles, with precision joints made of aluminium die cast. Integrated springs and double inbox steel cables with cable protection on the middle joints. Installation brackets are made of aluminium die cast profile for individual or continuous installations. Optional: Brackets for under eaves installation are available.

Electric drive power Flex - AC-motor 220/230 V - with friction brake and electronic end stop, and thermo protection.

The Luxaflex Monaco Cassette folding arm awning is especially designed for large terraces. Thanks to the construction of low height, the compact and self-supporting box is a distinguished addition for any situation In the closed position, the front profile gives a sealing to the cassette box. Two integrated brush joints inside the cassette prevent the deposit of stains. Consequently, complete construction, including the hinged arms are protected and guarantees a positive longevity. From the directional supports, the assembly can be installed in front or under eaves with adjustment of incline from horizontal to the vertical. The pulling of the Monaco is done either by crank, or more comfortably by remote controlled motor. The accessories such as sun/wind controllers are possible without problems.
