Luxaflex Luminette Privacy Sheers
LUXAFLEX® LUMINETTE® Privacy Sheers combine all the light of classic sheers and all the privacy of soft draperies into one window fashion. LUMINETTE® Privacy Sheers can be used in virtually any room and in any rectangular window or door opening.
They are drawn open like a curtain, with the use of a cord loop. When the sheers are drawn closed, the fabric vanes can be rotated with a simple twist of the wand.
The innovative wand and cord are combined into a singlecontrol for a perfect blend of form and function.
LUMINETTE® Privacy Sheers are used to control sun light in the most elegant fashion. The blinds range from transparent to room darkening, but many people use them as a contemporary alternative to lace or sheer curtains, and with heavy drapes.

Q: LUXAFLEX® LUMINETTE® Privacy Sheers look very delicate. How strong is the fabric?
A : They may look delicate, but LUMINETTE ® ® Privacy Sheers are made from 100% polyester making them remarkably strong and durable.
Q: Are LUMINETTE® Privacy Sheers easy to keep clean?
A : They are very easy to maintain. The fabric is treated to make it dirt and dust resistant so that a light feather dusting or gentle vacuuming using the brush attachment is all that is required to keep their "like new" appearance.
Q: Are there levels of privacy available with LUMINETTE® Privacy Sheers?
A : Yes. The vanes can be rotated from completely open to fully closed. The opening may be uncovered, filtered or completely private. Two vane types are available - standard, which is light filtering and Evening Star which blocks out greater than 99% of light passing through the vanes.
Q: What size opening can LUMINETTE® Privacy Sheers be used for?
A : Widths as large as 4875mm and drops up to 3045mm depending upon the fabric chosen.
